You can count on him to be there for you with any questions. I am new to cosmetic surgery and especially doing it in another country that I don’t know anything of besides that they’re good at cosmetic surgery is very nerve wrecking! I went through this process with my mom, and Ryan made us feel comfortable from the start. He’s respectful, easy to talk to, and genuinely patient.


I’m very detail-oriented and even prepared a slideshow for my nose. Ryan went through everything with me one by one and didn’t miss a single detail. He’s honest with his advice, but also very thoughtful in translating what you want into something that actually suits your face. He gave specific suggestions and helped me find the right clinic, not just a popular one. The clinic I went to doesn’t advertise to foreigners, so there’s no way I would’ve found it on my own. Before that, I was looking at places on TikTok, and looking back, that wouldn’t have led me to the right result. Meeting Ryan made a significant difference.  


On the day of surgery, he stayed with me until I got anaesthesia. I was really nervous (the heart rate monitor was beeping like crazy lol) and he helped calm me down, which meant a lot. My surgery went smoothly, recovery was fast, and now at 5 months post-op, the result is exactly what I wanted: very natural and balanced.

 

Even as someone who’s East Asian, I realised you can’t rely on translation apps alone. Having someone you can trust is so important, and Ryan was that for me. I’m really glad I met him

Ryan is local and not affiliated with any clinics, which is such a huge bonus because his recommendations aren’t biased. I interviewed a few other bigger medical travel agencies, including Seoul Guide Medical and I was disappointed that SGM gave me recommendations for known factory clinics that had many issues with their results (botched outcomes, non-personalised care, ghost doctors, etc.). SGM also taking such a huge cut for their profit, like it's insaaanely high!


Ryan also helps with price negotiation, translating, getting medication, etc. His pricing is also much more reasonable and cheaper than others. He also does free first zoom consultation. 


If you are a solo traveller and/or do not speak the language and do not know the plastic surgery industry in Korea, you are in a vulnerable position to be charged extremely high prices and experience miscommunication with clinics. 


I could trust Ryan fully, and I am so grateful that he was there for my surgery journey. I will be coming to Seoul again in 2027 for possible liposuction and vision correction surgery and would definitely choose Ryan to help me again.

He gave me a list of plastic surgery (PS) clinics to check out and to avoid, which we all need! He also offered to help me contact with the clinics that I was interested for online consultations even though we had never met in person and he was not paid for the service (yet)! For in-person consultations, I am glad that Ryan was with me even most of the clinics have their own in-house translators since he is very honest with his opinions. Ryan would let you know if he has a hunch about something from the consultation so that you can make a better decision. It was my 2nd rhinoplasty revision (and hopefully the last) so I was super nervous about selecting the best doctor for my case. Ryan knew that and he always supported me physically and mentally. Even just “You will be fine!” meant a lot to me. He (and his wife) has been in beauty industry for years so I trust his experience and intuition. If someone travels alone for the surgery, I would strongly recommend his service. Ryan will not only accompany you for the consultation, but also wait for you during the surgery and take you back to the hotel afterwards. If I need more PS work done in the future, I would definitely hire his service again without any hesitation!

If you’re not a native Korean, you truly need an advocate. After being mistreated and lied to by one of the so-called top clinics that markets heavily to foreigners (something I didn’t realize at the time), I was left in Korea with no surgery date and only ten days before I had to return home. I was overwhelmed with anxiety and felt like I had wasted thousands of dollars with nothing to show for it. All I wanted was a revision to fix what my doctor had messed up in the States.


Even though Ryan knew I was skeptical at first, he was incredibly accommodating, patient, and understanding. I want to emphasize that he genuinely wants to be an advocate for people who don’t have anyone looking out for them in Korea.


Not only did I end up getting my eyes done last minute at one of the best clinics, but I also received a significant discount. I couldn’t have done this without Ryan. I truly can’t recommend his services enough. You won’t regret working with him.

I'm also not active in social media, but I'm very glad to share my experience here about meeting Ryan and how he helped me w/ my entire journey when I had my procedure last year. I really wanted to write a review in Reddit where I got his info from one of the Redditor that praise him so much and got me curious since I'm also traveling and don't know where to start, I had few research here and there, and been starting contacting few clinics, I think it's holidays in SK @ that ti.e so no one responded to my inquiries, except for Ryan. That's when it all started, I stopped doing my research and just trust him on everything. Of course I'm also skeptical, but I told myself I'm just going for liposuction and lower Bleph, and he seems like he really know what he's doing, he's well research. I even recommend another girl I met in reddit to him coz she could save more and it will not feel like she went to a factory in Gangnam.

I was by myself when I went to Korea, but Ryan immediately became my family coz that's the vibe you get from him, when I got a problem w/ my lower bleph coz I did it before liposuction, Ryan had to work wonders so that the clinic where I had my eyes done had to do an emergency procedure for me to had it fixed, I didn't even knew there was a problem but the doctor that did my lipo was so honest and informed Ryan so I can have it fix ASAP. 

I'm coming back May of this year for another procedure and I already inform Ryan. 

For anyone having second thoughts if he's worth it, or if it's real, believe me he is. I actually hate him that he's not thinking, imagine this, would you pay someone's deposit you just met? its a huge amount, your not even sure what's on their mind?, if we're skeptical, he should be too right? I told him the clinic is ok if she change her mind, how bout him? He will be the only 1 I know that got ripped in his own country,  luckily the girl gave back his money since she went somewhere else, but not the time he spend helping her, virtually or in person, and he said it's not the 1st time. I'm praying and hoping that's the last. I knew this coz I invited him to join me for K-BBQ, I can't eat by myself in Korea, and he has to be on the phone due to that.

While I was only able to get him for a few hours and was already pretty fluent in Korean, he was able to arrive at my choice clinic consultation to help spell out technical, legal terms and even advocate for me for a revision rhinoplasty and explain the goals I wanted to achieve with the surgeon. He also provided insider knowledge and tips on other clinics I had visited - the good, the bad, and ugly. This was super key. He kept in touch with me and checked in on me during my healing process and was such a memorable part of my trip.
